Two five-month-old triplets have died after being found not breathing in what is being described by police as a “tragic accident” in Wales.
Police say they were called to a home today in Bridgend just after 10am.
The children were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.
A South Wales Police spokesperson said: “At 10.05am this morning, emergency services attended an address in the Wildmill area of Bridgend to a report of two young children, two of triplets, who were found not breathing.
“The five month old children were conveyed to hospital where tragically they were later pronounced deceased.
“There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the deaths which are being treated as a tragic accident.”
