Twitter users in Nigeria and fans of the TV reality show – Big Brother Naija are currently reacting to the eviction of one of the female housemate Kaisha Umaru.
Kaisha who was among the four housemates (Trikytee, Wathoni, and Neo.) that scored the least votes for today’s eviction got 3.48% of the votes to lead TrikyTee with 3.47%, Wathoni with 3.25% and Neo with 3.13% respectively.
But had to leave the house when the other housemates who were not up for eviction were called one after the other by Big Brother to nominate two housemates from the four already up for eviction.
At the end of the nomination/voting process by the housemate, Kaisha was evicted from the house after scoring the least votes cast by fellow housemates.
Kaisha’s eviction from the show did not go down too well with some of the fans of the show who felt that Kaisha deserved to be in the house as the initial result released by the organisers of the show revealed.
Many also questioned the rationale behind asking the general public to vote after which the same housemate will be given the final right to nominate two housemates from the four up for eviction (from the bottom four) to leave the house.
Nigerians who did not waste much time in showing their displeasure however, called for the voting process to be reversed to the previous one where the housemates nominate each other first and the general public will then vote for those that will stay or leave the house.
