Police arrest man wearing only briefs and carrying a machete in London

  • He is restrained by two constables and led away into police van in handcuffs
  • The clip, which was recorded in Palmers Green, was taken on Tuesday morning
  • Police confirmed a 68-year-old man has been arrested and remains in custody 
The man turns to police officers, who tell him to 'drop the knife'
