You’ve just got to agree that Genevieve Nnaji has been making serious boss moves and having a fantastic year!
This time around, Genevieve Nnaji has signed with Hollywood talent firm, United Talent Agency (UTA) for representation in film, TV, and production.
This comes weeks after Netflix bought her directorial debut “Lionheart,” even before it premiered at TIFF in September. And just in case you don’t know, it marks the first Netflix original film from Nigeria.
Let’s tell you all about UTA. The company has represented Hollywood celebrities such as DJ Khaled, Kevin Hart, Angelina Jolie, Benedict Cumberbatch, Harrison Ford among others. The agency is also named as one of the top 7 most powerful talent firms in Hollywood -so yes, it’s a really big deal!
Clearly, we aren’t the only ones proud of the actress, many of her Nollywood coleagues have showered her with accolades. For instance, Adesua Etomi thinks she is a queen who keeps winning, and we totally agree. Uche Jombo also says she is taking Nollywood to the world!
