Femi Fani-Kayode, Reno Omokri Faults Muhammadu Buhari Documentary and 74 Years Age Claim

Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, has condemned the documentary by the Presidency on the “human side” of President Muhammadu Buhari. The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chieftain noted that the release of the documentary on the president implied that there is an “animal side” and he is a beast. In a tweet via his official twitter handle, the former two-time Minister said after the Yuletide season, Nigerians would not remember the documentary.

The fierce critic of the All Progressives Congress, APC-led Federal Government insisted that Nigerians will only remember the fuel scarcity and long queues allegedly imposed on them. He wrote: “When u title a documentry “the human side” of the Pres. u are impliedly conceeding that he also has an “animal side” and that he is a beast.

“After Christmas we will not remember ur documentry, we will only remember the cruel fuel queues and the hardship u imposed on Nigerians!” In the same vein, Reno Omokri, former Special Adviser on New Media to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, also reacted to the controversy surrounding President Muhammadu Buhari’s age.

The former Presidential aide wondered how a president who cannot remember his real age can remember his campaign promises. In a tweet via his social media handle, the former presidential aide described Buhari as a president with football age.

Omokri wrote: “Buhari said, ‘I thought I was 74 but I was told I was 75’. “How can a President with ‘football age’ achieve his goals in government? “If he can’t remember his age, how can he remember his campaign promises? “No wonder he has been denying his promises left right and center.”
